Parenting Plan Document

Detail your preferred schedule, general preferences, holiday requests, exchange information, and anything else you and your co-parent would like included. Based on the information provided, we will create a visual calendar highlighting the dates indicated. Additionally, the client will receive a summary agreement that includes all relevant details such as the dates, exchange protocols, and any other pertinent information. Both parties will sign confidentiality agreements and must agree on the information provided to Delis mediation. Please note, this is not a legal document but can become one after the appropriate legal steps and measures are taken.
